Eleven years of making enterprise software feel simple.
I spent six of those years at Sage, designing ERP workflows — time tracking, procurement,
shop-floor execution — the kind of software where a confusing screen costs real money. I ran
field research with operators and buyers, facilitated design sprints with leadership, led UAT,
and contributed patterns back to the design system across product lines.
Then I rebuilt my workflow around AI. I still start with research, but I now design in code with
Claude — so what I hand over isn't a mockup, it's working software: real data,
real states, ready to test. That shift is what let me explore agent transparency patterns,
human-in-the-loop controls, and ship a full SaaS product solo. 20+ prototypes and tools so far.
